How it's Made
We take our fresh Microgreens and steep them in glass jars with Organic Apple Cider "Mother" Vinegar to extract the nutrients. We shake the jars daily to help open the cell wall and release the medicinal properties. They are kept in a cool dark place and after 28 to 40 days the "nutrified" liquid is then drained from the jar and bottled for you.
Take 1 full dropper under or on the tongue up to 3 times a day. Make sure to rinse your mouth with water after.
It may also be taken with a hot cup of water, added to a little bit of honey or mixed in a salad dressing.
It is best to take your Macrocosm between meals and on an empty stomach to encourage absorption.
